Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind”, personal preferences, or accidental orders.

Bringing Joy to Inpatients: We love helping you send smiles to loved ones in the hospital! Because our arrangements use premium silk flowers and durable plastic vases, they avoid many common hospital restrictions (like real soil or breaking glass). However, every medical facility and patient unit has unique safety regulations. To ensure your gift can be safely received, please confirm with the patient’s specific hospital or unit before purchasing. KMT Flowers cannot be held responsible for items rejected by hospital staff due to facility policies.
We only offer resolutions (replacements or refunds) in the following two scenarios:
Damaged or Broken Items
Lost Shipments
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Please email us at Danielle@kmtflowers.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If your order never makes it to your doorstep, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost or if the package remains stationary past our grace period, we will reship your order immediately.
Non-Returnable Examples, we cannot process returns for:
Slight variations in color or texture.
Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.
Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
Note: Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.
